NFLCC Show Calendar
NFLCC shows and events are a chance to get
together with other collectors and buy, sell, and trade fishing tackle.
You must be a member to attend an NFLCC-sanctioned show, but you can usually
get a temporary membership or buy a full membership at the show. You
can usually participate in room trading before and after the show. You
can rent tables at most shows, but reserve early, as many popular show sell
out! We promise that you will never be disappointed in attending a
show.
If you would like your NFLCC Show Listed on
this Show Calendar, please send an email to the
webmaster
specifying the Date and Location, Contact Information, and the Show
Description. Please keep it simple and accurate and include all
information. We can also post your registration form, or specify the
Universal Registration Form.

The 2009 NFLCC National Show and Meeting
will be held on Thursday July 9, 2009 through Saturday July 11, 2009 in
Louisville, Kentucky at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center. Mark your
calendar now!
Registration forms will appear in the March 2009 Gazette and are available soon right here on this website. The host hotel is the newly
remodeled Crowne Plaza Executive West Hotel (reservations - 800-626-2708),
which is adjacent to the Exposition Center. Please remember to mention that
you are with the NFLCC to receive the show room rate of $87.00 per night,
plus tax. Show hours are:
Thurs July 9 - move in 7:30AM Show 9:00AM to 7:00PM
Friday July 10 - 10:30AM to 7:00PM - Auction 7:00PM to 12:00AM
Sat July 11 - 8:00AM to 1:00PM The show will be held across the street
from the hotel at the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center. We will meet in South
Wing B. It is approximately a 300-yard walk to the Expo center from the
hotel. We will have a continuous shuttle running to and from the Expo center
and hotel. The airport is just five minutes from the hotel, and the hotel
provides free shuttle service from the airport. Downtown Louisville and the
Riverfront are just minutes from the hotel. Kentucky Kingdom (Six Flags)
amusement park is right next door. There are good restaurants within a short
drive or cab ride of the hotel. There is lots of shopping nearby. The show
will offer various tours of the sights and other organized activities for
those interested. Advance registration is $25.00 per member, which includes
spouse and children. Table reservations are $30.00 per table for an 8-foot
table. Special exhibit display tables are available for $15, free for youth.
Limit first come, first served. There is a $75 charge for electrical hookup
if you require it.
Volunteers are always needed and welcomed. This
promises to be another great show with over 600 tables. Please register and
make your hotel reservations promptly. Your membership must be paid up
through June 2010 to insure your admittance to the show. Do not send dues
to the Show Host!
Only fishing tackle and related items will be permitted in the
exhibit hall, either for display, sale, or trade.

The 3nd Annual Rochester Fishing Tackle
Show and Swap Meet will be held Saturday, August 22, 2009
at the Ramada
Hotel & Conference Center,
1517 16th Street SW,
Rochester,
MN.
Room trading on Thursday and Friday.
Hotel has three floors for convenient in-room trading and ample, flat
lot parking.
Hotel is located off Highway 52. Simply exit at
16th Street Southwest, take a left and
go one block. Take a right onto Greenview
Drive. Hotel is on the right.
If flying in, hotel is approximately 80 miles southeast of the
Minneapolis-St. Paul airport and 8 miles from the
Rochester
International Airport.

Show hours are 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Show set-up opens at 7:00 a.m.
The show will be heavily advertised and is open to the public.
We will hold silent auctions on the day of the show.
Tables are $25 and include registration.
No limit on tables. Show
and tell tables are also available.
Registration without a table is $5.

We have reserved a room block in the three-floor wing of the hotel.
The hotel also features an indoor pool with two-story waterslide and
pool-side rooms. Standard room
rate is $79 and includes coffee pot, hairdryer, and high speed internet.
Pool area standard room and non-pool area Family Suite is $89.
All room rates up to 4 persons.
Hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast and has a full
service restaurant and lounge.
