NFLCC Show Calendar 

NFLCC shows and events are a chance to get together with other collectors and buy, sell, and trade fishing tackle.  You must be a member to attend an NFLCC-sanctioned show, but you can usually get a temporary membership or buy a full membership at the show.  You can usually participate in room trading before and after the show.  You can rent tables at most shows, but reserve early, as many popular show sell out!  We promise that you will never be disappointed in attending a show.

The 16th annual Lake of the Ozarks Fishing Tackle Show will be held October 8 and 9, 2010, at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. Show held from 8 am to 1 pm Saturday, October 9, 2010. Admission to the show Saturday is $10 for the whole family and $20 for a display table. Reserve your tables in advance to ensure availability. Worth meet - which will actually be held in Burleson - will be at the SPJST Hall just off I-35 south of Hidden Creek Parkway. The hotel is the Hampton Inn and Suites just off Alsbury and I-35. Nov. 6, 2010 at the Kelso Red Lion Hotel / I-5, exit 39. This is the 22nd consecutive NFLCC show. Monte Martinsen has negotiated with the hotel a room rate of $65.95 per night for standard rooms and $70.95 for deluxe. We have a block of 50 rooms available at the reduced rate if reservations made by Oct. 31. Mention NFLCC or lure meet when making reservations. Hotel phone is (360) 636-4400. Show hours are 7:30 am until 2:00 pm in the ballroom. Public invited for a fee of $5 (one day membership in the NFLCC). Cost of registration is $15 with limit of three. Region 10 Tackle Collector’s Meet November 11-13, 2010 Red Lion Hotel Bakersfield, California Glen Brewton, 661-399-1580 Harmon White, 661-858-0188	Please join us for this year’s Region 10 show at the Red Lion Hotel- Bakersfield. This will be a one day show on Saturday, November 13, with room trading Thursday, Nov. 11 and Friday, Nov. 12. Show hours on Saturday are from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. Table holders can enter at 7:30 to set up. The show will be held in the hotel’s main ballroom. The general public/non-members will be invited to attend the show starting at 9:00 am upon purchase of a temporary one day membership. Items arriving at the show for appraisal and sale by the general public will be sold at auction to all present. Club shop items will be available for sale. A 50/50 raffle will held be during the show on Saturday. Show hosts are Glen Brewton, 661-399-1580, and Harmon White, 661-858-0188. Show registration is $10 for each club member attending with family members free. Up to 25% of tableholders items for sale or display can be sporting collectibles not fishing related. In this fast-paced world of tackle collecting through eBay, chat rooms, and mail order, it’s nice to return to the days of a handshake and holding tha tllure you’ve been hearing about in your own hands before you write that check, or seal the carton to ship your trader. Jan 14-15, 2011 Milwaukee, WS The 30th annual Region #6 Great Milwaukee Classic John Collen 262-632-4735 jcollen1@wi.rr.com	The 30th annual Region #6 Great Milwaukee Classic will be held January 14-15, 2011. The location will be the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield, 375 S. Moorland Rd, BROOKFIELD, WI. Call toll free number. 1-866-500-0339 be sure to mention NFLCC. Reservations must be made by January 5. The hotel is right off of I-94 exit 301B. The show hours are 9am to 6pm Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. Tables are still $25.00 each with no limit. Your registration is included with your table. Registration without a table is still $5.00. Setup on Friday is 8am. There will be security in the exhibit halls on Friday night. This show is open to the public and there will be silent auctions on both days. Something new for the wives. There is a large shopping mall in the same parking area. Not to mention a lot of eateries in the area. Unlike years past this hotel is perfect for room trading. We will be in the same area and there are plenty of elevators. There is plenty of parking too.  For those flying in there is complimentary airport shuttle service. Call from the courtesy phone outside baggage claim area #4.
